MEET LARISSA

Career Change Coach and Confidence Coach. Former Employment Lawyer.

Passionate about helping people find their calling, Larissa is skilled in matching roles to your natural personality. Although she has a background in employment law and experience in the legal and corporate world, Larissa was raised in a family of entrepreneurs, and has always valued freedom and authenticity in work. Larissa knows from experience, the impact of burnout and the need for work-life balance, always moving at a pace that suits her clients to ensure they feel supported and understood throughout their journey.

Leading by example, Larissa embodies our ethos of embracing new challenges, even when they feel daunting. Most recently, she stepped outside her comfort zone by appearing on a well known TV show to share her love of food.

When she's not coaching or travelling, you'll likely find her diving in some of the world's most spectacular underwater destinations, experimenting with new recipes for her food blog, or dancing in the annual carnival procession in Barbados.

“Larissa made me feel empowered in my own skills and strengths, which has brought me immense clarity and awareness on what I’m capable of changing and improving in my life and work”
